Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, serial numbers, installation details, photos, fault evidence and supplier or manufacturer assessment.
Not normally covered
Warranty may not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, water damage, surge damage, lightning damage, incorrect wiring or non-compliant use.
